APEX is fully operational and availalble for data acquition flights since summer 2011!!
Most of the APEX data is acquired through "group shoots". During such a "group shoot", data for several users is acquired during a time window varying from one to several weeks in order to optimize the flight costs. However individual users can also request for data.
Under the several submenu's, request form's for new acquistions, and a APEX test sample data can be downloaded.
